Pompeii (IRE) may be better than his bare form suggests and is the selection here. His last run can be ignored as he was badly hampered early on and his previous three runs suggested he is one who could pick up one or two races in the near future. There are plenty of others with claims here and this could prove to be a very open race. Finbar's Revenge has shown enough ability on his three starts to pick up a weak race and previous winners Spontaneity and Escort must be respected.
