    Verdict

Some very inconsistent performers here and the safest prospect could be Cool Chilli, with Jupon Vert and Gipsy Cricketer put forward as the main dangers. You can ignore the selection¿s last outing at Worcester in April as he lost his action after being hampered. However his previous form was of a decent standard as he landed a maiden chase at Catterick, before finishing an excellent third to Green Gamble in a stronger race than this. He goes well fresh so that fact that he hasn¿t seen a racecourse for six months shouldn't be a problem and he looks then one to be on. Jupon Vert disappointed a little last time but is capable of going close here on his best form. Meanwhile Gipsy Cricketer gets in here on a very light-weight following an excellent fourth behind Welsh Main at Ludlow. The pick of the remainder could be Kaikovra, but on this occasion we will side with Cool Chilli.
