The Yank was in front when falling two out at Fontwell in August but looks a tricky ride. Lake Chapala has been getting closer and is sure to improve for the experience of his second at Perth, though is now 0-22. Aces Over Eights is only 3lb higher than when successful at Towcester in May so goes on the short-list but Trojan Star is proving hard to place and Chankillo is still 9lb higher than when scoring at Market Rasen in March. LITTLE POP has won three times over hurdles, twice off this mark, and started favourite for his only previous run over fences at Perth just over a year ago so must have been showing something at home. He was below par at Newton Abbot last time but has every chance here if forgiven that run.
