Indian Rupee probably came up against a useful novice when second at Worcester but several of his rivals here have similar scope over fences. EMERGING FORCE (NAP) would have been the best of these over hurdles and should take all the beating if taking to the larger obstacles, despite an absence since pulling up in a Grade 1 novice event at Punchestown in April. Definite Outcome was placed in a couple of Grade 3 contests over timber last season but hasn't raced since pulled up at Cheltenham in March. Laurium could figure if his jumping holds up, however, and makes more appeal than Rainy City and Robin Of Locksley on their respective chasing bows.

Laurium 16-1 (11-1) Held up towards rear, in touch 4 out, soon weakened, mistake when well behind 3 out, pulled up before 2 out, at Haydock 2m 7f hcp (2) gd in May.
