Our choice in the second is Sunley Future, Glimmer Of Light and Mickey Pearce are the others worth noting in a poor seller. Sunley Future is clearly not one to be putting the mortgage on but he looks more than capable of winning a race of this nature based on his winning form here and at Taunton in February. There was some cut in the ground that day and he is likely to get similar conditions again. He has a penalty for those wins but looks capable of giving weight to some poor rivals. Mickey Pearce won a similar event to this around this course two weeks ago beating The Wife¿s Sister by one and a half lengths. He has a shorter trip today but a similar poor field to beat. He looks the main rival to our selection. Of the others, the Alan King-trained Glimmer Of Light is of most interest. He is still a maiden after nine starts over hurdles but a reproduction of the form that saw him come second in a Plumpton novices¿ hurdle in January would see him go close. In a poor event that won¿t take much winning our selection is Sunley Future.
