KIJIVU ran well enough on his hurdles debut and can score second time of asking at the expense of Reel Classy and Never Catcher. The selection finished third at Market Rasen on his debut but was beaten a fair way in the process. He has since had a run on the Flat at Nottingham where he finished mid division. It is true to say that he is no world beater but in the context of this race which does not look the most competitive he may have enough ability up his sleeve to land a race of this quality. Reel Classy was again beaten over 20 lengths when fourth of 13 in a similar contest at Stratford on his debut. He was only plating class on the level but can improve to be in the first three here. Never Catcher is the most experienced in the field with three runs over hurdles to date. He ran with promise on his debut when second to Akarshan at Market Rasen but has since looked exposed in better company since so is to be treated with caution. Auction Belle has only the one run on the flat where she finished mid field and the stable do like a punt so she is another to look out for in the market. A poor race to open up with but for the winner we return to Kijivu.
