Federici is probably more likely to run here rather than Newbury, though this trip looks on the short side. Crievehill never threatened at Newbury after winning at Lingfield but a switch back to fences should suit Clan Legend and Church Hall won as he liked on his chasing bow at Lingfield and should be open to further improvement. WOLF SWORD showed the benefit of his comeback run at Ayr by scoring at Wetherby. A 4lb rise is not excessive and a follow-up could be on the cards, though stablemate Swing Hard will also be winning more races in the near future.
