In depth

Verdict

A tough one for punters to call if fancy prices are the order of the day, as most of these have to prove their ability to clear a hurdle in public. However, it is virtually impossible to escape the claims of Powder Creek, who is selected to put his experience to good use here. Traveling Band, a fair performer on the Flat, is an interesting one to note for next time, whilst notes should also be taken on All Rock hard and Kings Crest, who hail from yards that are shrewd in their placement of horses and it will be intriguing to see where they go from here. The remainder all know which horse they will have to beat as far as the form book stands at present, so Powder Creek is given a confident vote to get off the mark over hurdles here.
