Verdict

WOODFORD COUNTY won over an even longer distance at Exeter in December and has been highly tried since. He's guaranteed to see out every yard of this trip, which is more than you can say about a number of his rivals, so gets the nod. Cyclop is starting to come down the weights again but Whats Left is difficult to predict and neither William Money nor Kilbree Kid have shown much lately. Alto Des Mottes may struggle under a big weight but Achimota shouldn't be far away if lasting home. Toby Lerone has never raced beyond 3m and is better over shorter so the Leicester second could have stamina issues.
