This is a pretty decent handicap and while Dansimar has a decent claims after a high class hurdles campaign this winter his form on the flat has been nowhere near that level so we instead turn to INDONESIA with Mark Johnston's Solas Alainn also entering calculations. Despite being top weight the selection still looks to be off a fair mark after not getting too far beaten in a similar company last time out when a pound better off. He is one of the few leading contenders with proven stamina at this class and he should go fine in these conditions. There should be no doubts around the stamina of Danismar who was competing in the higher echelons over hurdles this winter, however he is yet to prove his class on the level with his best coming in much worse handicaps. Mark Johnston's yard have been going well and his Solas Alainn suggested this trip is within his scope when placing over two furlongs shorter last time but his mark rise makes things harder. Forrest Flyer is three pounds out of the handicap but could go well off a feather light weight while both Zuwaar and Grandad Bill have the class to win at this level but might need a reprieve from the assessor before scoring again. Nice competitive stuff this with Indonesia just getting the vote.
