In depth

Verdict

Kings Mistral, Wain Mountain and Tipsy Mouse look the main protagonists in this tight handicap chase and we will take a chance on Kings Mistral. The gelding won well a couple of runs ago at his beloved Sandown when defeating Fasgo and although he fell last time out he is taken to get back on the winning track with conditions in his favour.Wai Mountain rates the main danger on his latest second behind Keiran but he has not won for two years so for that reason he is opposed. Tipsy Mouse is also worthy of respect he won well over course and distance last time out when defeating King Bee but he will find this harder under his penalty. Ebony Light is another course and distance winner that could go well but he ran as if in the handicappers grip when fourth behind Artic Jack last time so we are happy to side with Kings Mistral.
