In depth

Verdict

Charlie Kennet, Mixing and Bolero Again are three towards the bottom of the handicap who can play a part in the finish here with Bolero Again taken to come out on top. She had shown ability in three starts before scoring in emphatic fashion at Beverley last time and James Fanshawe¿s runner seems to have been let in lightly for her handicap bow. This daughter of Sadlers Wells appreciated the cut in the ground at Beverley last time and similar conditions prevail here. Mixing looks a lively contender. This grey colt was brought back in trip when scoring in game fashion at Warwick last time and it clearly worked. He is relatively unexposed and will give a good account. Charlie Kennet has won four of his last five races and will be a popular choice but this represents a rise in grade and it may be a bridge too far. Bolero Again is the selection.
