The soft ground here should suit THE GALLOPING SHOE who looks best in this tricky handicap. Mount Hadley, Tiger Dream and Bookiebasher Babe look set to make up the competition. The selection was the winner of a Brighton maiden nearly a year ago on his racing debut two starts ago. He most recent races have offered very little and he was largely disappointing when last seen across the all weather. He should do better now back ion turf and the going is of preference to the gelding. He showed enough to suggest he can make amends in similar company and a win here looks imminent. Mount Hadley was runner up last time on his return to the turf. He suffers a slight rise in the weights but he looks capable of coping and should be hot on the heels of the selection. Tiger Dream has slipped a long way down in the weights and has looked impressive in defeat of late. The ground here won¿t be ideal for the four-year-old but he is capable of finishing among the minors. Bookiebasher Babe has won at the last two attempts. However both victories came on artificial surfaces and the soft ground here may halt any hopes of a hat-trick. Celtic Lynn is lightly raced, but was an impressive winner at Newcastle last time and is another who looks capable of making the top three. The ground here should see her used to full effect but our selection, The Galloping Shoe, may prove to hard to beat.
