China Excels began his career in bumpers but popped up at 20/1 on his return to action over 5f at Beverley. He's been raised 9lb for that easy win while the veteran Indian Trial remains 5lb higher than when scoring at the same track last season. Royal Bajan is better on the all-weather hence a much lower mark on Turf but he still came up short at Nottingham last time while Baby Queen also looks high enough in the weights considering she hasn't won since 2011. DIMAN WATERS has been keeping better company than this so far this season and only 2lb higher than when scoring over track and trip last year, Eric Alston's charge gets the vote.
