Verdict
We end the card with an ultra-competitive handicap where NISAAL is only marginally preferred to Forbidden and Tanforan. With a lot of the leading protagonists fighting with rising marks the selection has the comfort of carrying the same weight he had on his back when only finding a subsequent winner too good over course and distance last time out. This gelding is still a maiden but has run well a few times in defeat and may be the best treated here. Forbidden is one of those runners that is dealing with extra weight having twice been a runner up in his last two efforts. That rise takes him to a rating seven pounds above his last win and he also won't want the ground any softer. Tanforan has also seen his mark increase despite being well held last time out. He did win a similar race to this on his penultimate start but he's a full 10lbs above that mark here. More was expected of Inside Story last time and that one needs to be considered with an 100% strike rate at this track in three starts but with him also battling a high looking weight Nisaal has the vote.
