Simon Walker is the best horseman here and knows Holiday Cocktail well but the horse's last two efforts have been laboured and he's taken on with SWITCHED OFF. Our selection romped to victory under this rider at Goodwood and would be very hard to beat if arriving here in the same form under a mandatory 6lb penalty as he's likely to go up a good deal more in future handicaps. Of course, we shouldn't get carried away with the form of these races but he does look the percentage call. Shy managed to do what Switched Off is trying to in landing back-to-back races earlier this term and he's only a pound higher now so Rod Millman's charge can't be ruled out and neither can Red Fama following a fine effort in a better race last time.
