A wide open nursery in which Tregarron and Piccleyes may give Richard Hannon a one-two, with Miss Mytton and Heir Today candidates for the frame as well. Tregarron shaped as though the step up to six furlongs would be ideal when second to Cape Trafalgar here last month, and being related to Tomba, will benefit from the recent rain that has taken the sting out of the ground. Stablemate Piccleyes is also going the right way judged on his recent second at Leicester that qualified him for nurseries. Related to useful sprinters Oh So Dusty and Green Eyed Lady, he will surely pay to follow. Miss Mytton's trainer has plenty of success here, and she has been runner-up on each of her last two starts. However, the way that she has stayed on suggests that another furlong would not come amiss. Heir Today lines up on the back of a Kempton nursery victory and now that she has learned to settle, could pick up another race of this nature soon. On this occasion though, she will probably find one or two a bit too strong, notably Tregarron who gets the vote.
