Look Out Louis and Mondammej have won the last two renewals though neither arrive at their best. But Alligator Alley has been in fine form and beat Arecibo at Newcastle last time. He’d also finished ahead of Jm Jungle and RAASEL earlier in the season but the latter returned to form with a creditable third behind higher-rated rivals in a Group 2 at Goodwood on his latest start. A repeat of that effort should see Mick Appleby’s sprinter go close in this. Lihou won at Goodwood recently and the veteran Copper Knight ran well at York though races from out of the weights today.
