Aztec Empire has been in good form over further though found Forza Orta too good over 2m at York last time. CAIUS CHORISTER (NAP) also ran at York when looking unlucky not to finish closer in the Ebor. He ran into trouble on a couple of occasions in the home straight though still finished in front of Post Impressionist and Euchen Glen, who won this back in 2020. Get Shirty and Adjuvant were further behind. The latter is capable of much better while Sea King may find further improvement back over this longer trip after winning at Goodwood. Dark Island went close at Sandown last time and his yard has won the last two renewals.
