    Verdict

Golden Melody has become expensive to follow but is only a pound higher than her last winning mark. The Flying Ginger still looks out of sorts but Alpha Cru has been quite consistent and Canoodled also has claims. She was runner-up to Tarrabb at Ascot but is 4lb better off. Owen Burrows filly tries a new trip here and has never raced on ground this soft. Rose Barton looks progressive but QUEEN AMINATU is back in a handicap after trying her luck in Listed company last time and gets the nod. Ana Gold and the maiden Valley Mist add to the interest.
