This has turned out a bit of a none event as GREGORIAN has frightened everybody off. John Gosden's colt is impossible to oppose as he's won in soft ground and has been placed in the St James's Palace Stakes and the Prix Jean Prat this season, both Group 1 races and is 20lb ahead of his nearest rival. The rest are running for the runners-up spot and that should go to Atlantic Sport, who in turn is well ahead of Blue Jazz on official ratings, though he was engaged to run at Ayr yesterday. Spread Boy will probably come home in his own time for the fourth-place prize money.
