Lethal can land the claimer; possibly at the main expense of Luloah and the veteran Blackheath. Piccolo Diamante is also not without a chance on the best of his form but may need the run having been absent since last December. Blackheath is consistent at this level and can never be confidently ruled out. This is his grade these days and he holds solid claims of at least making the frame. Luloah won a similar contest at Chepstow last month and has to merit interest on that form. However, he rarely puts in two efforts the same and is not one to trust implicitly. Therefore, we turn to Lethal, whose profile is far more solid than the rest. Officially rated 17lb higher than his nearest rival, Lethal will rarely be presented with an easier opportunity and he is a strong fancy to take the claimer by the scuff of the neck if he runs anywhere near his current mark.
