Verdict

Elusive Dream has already racked up a hat-trick of wins and looks capable of going in again here at the main expense of Act of The Pace and Kid'z'play. The selection is a typical Sir Mark Prescott horse who still looks to be one step ahead of the handicapper judging by his most recent success at Brighton. He looked to win with a shade in hand when beating Uncle John and he may be capable of defying a 6lbs penalty to score again. Act of The Pace is another in good form at the moment and she was a game second behind Astrocharm at Haydock last time out. But she looks to have it all to do at these weights and for that reason she is passed over. Kid'z'play ran well in defeat at Ayr behind Gold Card on Monday and he should go well. However, he likes to bowl along in front and he is unlikely to get an uncontested lead as our selection may well try and make all. Paddy Mull caught the eye with an improved effort last time so he is another with place prospects, but for the winner we return to Elusive Dream.
