Prince Samos could prove too strong here with Surwaki and Boundless Prospect also ranked as leading contenders. The selection ran a respectable race in a better contest than this last time and now that he is dropped into a claimer he should prove tough to beat. His main rival should be Surwaki as he won a claimer at Warwick on his penultimate start and a reproduction of that effort should see him finish not far away. Boundless Prospect would have rock solid claims on the pick of his form but he is 8-years-old now and he is not as good as he once was. Dark Charm has looked like he could be capable of getting his head in front, but usually his eyecatching effforts are followed by disappointments and for that reason he is best watched. All of which returns us to Prince Samos who can come out on top.
