In depth

Verdict

ARR' KID, second on his racecourse debut at Newcastle month, should have a bit more scope than Nottingham third A Star In My Eye, who was well beaten on her only previous try over this longer trip, and Jadesnumberone and gets the vote to go one better here. Samoset didn't follow up his Ripon third at Newcastle while Ripon fourth Arch Ebony has a bit to find and Vital Edition was tailed off over 7f at Southwell on debut.
