Verdict

Jake The Snake beat lower-rated rivals in a seller over 6f at Wolverhampton last time and Midnight Feast makes more appeal having scored over today's trip at Lingfield on his penultimate start. Most of the remainder are struggling for form and even HIGH ON THE HOG was well beaten over 7f here last time. However, Mark Brisbourne's charge found only one too good over track and trip before that so gets the speculative vote with an apprentice taking 5lb off his back today.
