Ed Dunlop's ARTIC FREEDOM has the vote here after a promising debut with Dancourt and Emirates Sports ready to put in a strong challenge. That first sight of a track was at Newmarket in June when second of 15 and the winner as since gone on to place in better contests. She ran a good race without being really worked and will definitely come on for the run. Plenty of impressive members of the family in her lineage; all winners over this kind of trip, including the high-class Ocean Ridge and if this filly can kick on from that opening gambit then she should put her maiden to bed. Sir Michael Stoute's Dancourt is a colt who is slowly maturing. He didn¿t show much on his debut at Leicester but Ryan Moore's mount was tried on the all-weather last time and that brought out a better if still inexperienced performance. Will need a little time to fully mature but his pedigree suggests there is plenty more to come and if he can continue on the upward curve then a trip to the winners enclosure isn't out of the question. Godolphin's Emirates Sports currently carries a Derby entry and cost the boy's in blue 150,000 guineas so they're are rightly expecting good things from this one. The colt is a half brother to Plea Bargain and Dubai Time will be much better over longer trips next season but promised enough on debut a fortnight ago when landing fourth place in a better contest at Newmarket to figure in calculations here. Away from those three it's wide open for the minor places with Liteup My World steadily improving with this trip tried for the first time but it could be right up her street while Luca Cumani saddles debutant Major Phil, who has a few smart racers in his relations and always market support could tell us more. Artic Freedom though should be returning triumphant after his summer break.
