made all, steadied pace after 1f, quickened halfway, soon ridden, stayed on gamely
pulled hard towards rear, effort and hung right over 2f out, soon no impression
chased leaders, stumbled over 3f out, driven over 2f out, never able to challenge
chased winner, effort 2f out, soon found nil and weakened
chased winner, ridden to challenge over 2f out, hung right approaching final furlong, stayed on well, never reached leader
slowly away, always behind

A market move for Falcolnry would be of keen interest in a tightly knit handicap where Dvinsky, Epic Odyssey and First Order all rate highly but now may be the time to catch COUNT CEPRANO. Conor Dore has his string in decent order at present and his experienced charge has slipped to a decent mark and shaped encouragingly last time. His last win came over nine furlongs and a longer trip would be ideal but he does have form at this trip and may be worth chancing here. Dvinsky is running really well but probably needs a few breaks if he's to win from his present mark and of more appeal is Epic Odyssey who probably ran up to near his best when emerging from the fog to give chase to Matsunosuke on Thursday. First Order has a recent verdict over Epic Odyssey to his name and is another capable of taking this if the cards fall right and we're not brave enough to dismiss either of David Evans' either with Geoffdaw reunited with Eddie Ahern who has enjoyed success on him in the past. Falcolnry failed to build on a promising start to her career with James Fanshawe but is well worth noting on debut for Ed Vaughan but this trip may be on the short side. That's also a concern for our selection but we're prepared to take a chance with Count Ceprano.
