Verdict

Only a small field line up for this claimer but it's a competitive one in which we will give LA ESTRELLA the tentative vote to get the better of King's Head and Bridgewater Boys. The selection bids for a four timer after two wins at Southwell and one at Wolverhampton. All those successes have come in this grade and we see no reason why the winning thread cannot continue. King's Head is versatile with his last two wins coming over hurdles. He has run well enough in a couple of handicaps on the level last month and this will be a drop in grade so any market moves should be noted. Bridgewater Boys is another that warrants respect and has been in blinding form in claimers and sellers this winter. He is the winner of eighteen races with seven of those coming this year. He continues to improve with age and is sure to be in the shake up once again. However for the winner we return to La Estrella.
