Footpad won this in 2015 but there doesn't look anything remotely of his class engaged here. Here In The Dark, a maiden on the Flat with Keith Dalgleish, may do better over timber after a promising start at Down Royal. Union Gap showed major improvement from his opening run over hurdles with a good effort at Fairyhouse where he was staying on late. Flat To The Max was a long way behind in that latter event when a short-priced favourite and hasn't got the hang of the job so far. The remainder with experience have shown little so this may go to a newcomer and POWER SAIL fits the bill. Twice a winner on the Flat this summer for Tim Easterby, he's joined Gavin Cromwell and can make a successful debut for the yard. Extrasensory won a Cork maiden back in March though he subsequent form left plenty to be desired.
