Mainicin hadn't shown much before front-running tactics were employed at Leopardstown and she made all. She's been raised 10lb and has further to travel this time so the vote goes to QUEEN ALPHABET. Peter Fahey's mare has been alternating between hurdles, fences and the Flat and she looked in fine shape when landing a decent handicap at slightly further than this trip at Ballinrobe last month. Posing won over 1m2f at Dundalk in April on just her second start so she can improve further after a fair run over that trip on very fast ground at Clonmel. Melanna ran her best race on Turf when runner-up to Ebasani over the trip at Fairyhouse and could run into a place on that kind of form.
