Verdict

PATRICK SARSFIELD put in very promising performances in his two runs last season. Such a long absence is an obvious concern though an entry in a Group 3 later this month suggests he's held in some regard. Formal Order has been looking a likely future winner all season but disappointed at Listowel last time. Istoria wasn't far behind Simsir at Cork and the winner has boosted the form while Calonne ran better than his finishing position suggests behind subsequent winner Bashiyr over the track and trip and can get into contention as can Insaan, who found 7f much too short at Listowel last week.
