Ger O'Leary and Ben Curtis have excelled with their placing and riding of La Chassotte this season with the filly continuing to defy the handicapper for a four-timer. She is now a massive 26lbs higher than when beginning her winning run at Roscommon in May and this may just prove a run too far. Night Spark hasn't had much luck since scoring at Dundalk in April but is 10lbs higher and this looks tough. BRIGHT HORIZON looked progressive when completing a Curragh double early in the campaign but was out of his depth at Royal Ascot and when setting the pace in the Irish Derby. Back at a more realistic level he can start to pick up the thread again. Aladdin's Cave was in tremendous shape heading for Galway but a 13lbs rise for his victory at Dundalk was his downfall and he's on the same mark here. Troas was tried over 2m in the Queens Vase so connections presumably believe he needs a stiff test of stamina while the improving Clare Glen looks to have been suited by testing conditions for her two recent victories.
