Tuamhain, one of five Joseph O'Brien-trained runners, is the only course winner in the line-up having won easily over a mile in October before completing a double over this trip at Galway. He ran poorly on his hat-trick bid at Dundalk a few days later and is 12lb higher than his last victory. Innamorare won five times on Turf last summer including strong handicaps at Cork and Leopardstown on his final two starts. However, he was receiving 16lb from O'Brien's WAITINGFORTHEDAY when narrowly beaten in that Cork event and the latter can take her revenge on today's terms. Crotchet, Vallambrosa and Red Tea complete the trainer's quintet with the former having won three times for Richard Fahey and the latter six times for Peter Hiatt. Dianthus reappeared with a victory last campaign and competed at a high level subsequently.
