Shantou Sisu definitely improved over hurdles in the spring though his victory came in lowly grade at Clonmel. FOXY JACKS had threatened to win over hurdles before landing a Punchestown maiden and he was by no means disgraced in the Albert Bartlett at Cheltenham next time. He'll make a chaser and gets the nod though while Brace Yourself, a winning hurdler, has experience between the flags and over fences. Winning bumper and hurdler Cuneo has changed stables since finishing third at Ballinrobe where he didn't get the run of the race while dual hurdles winner Morosini is an interesting recruit to fences.
