    Verdict

AL QAQAA (NAP) easily beat Moomba at Newmarket and, with the ground expected to dry out further, William Haggas’ improving colt can land a tricky-looking opener. It was good to firm when Celestran won at Yarmouth on his reappearance and the Gosden entry is respected as he holds Summit Reach on the form book while soft going at Haydock would not have suited Redcar winner First Impression. Cepheus wasn’t beaten far at Kempton last time but Windsor scorer Berkshire Savvy looks a bigger danger and is also preferred to Haydock winner Mafia Power.
