RESHOUN is in tremendous form having followed his narrow defeat in the Queen Alexandra at Ascot by scoring with a bit in hand at Newbury. With neither trip nor ground a problem he looks the one to beat. Master Milliner was a long way behind at Ascot before scoring at Kempton while Northumberland Vase winner Zoffee was only beaten a head when third in a heritage handicap at Newmarket. Mellow Magic was a close third in that Newcastle event though has yet to prove she stays this far but the selection's stablemate Hydroplane, a winning bumper and hurdler, will have no problems with the trip and won easily at Chester. Solent Gateway's close third behind Trueshan in the Northumberland Plate was his best run to date and a similar effort puts him in the frame. Super Superjack won over 2m here in April and has continued to run well though is 12lb higher.
