Sinjaari has a 3lb penalty for beating Checkandchallenge, who runs in the previous race, at Sandown which makes this tougher. Godolphin hold a very strong hand with the unbeaten Shining Blue, the easy winner of a Class 2 handicap at Newcastle last time, and NOBLE DYNASTY, who looked an improved performer when making all at Newmarket earlier this month. Having gone up 9lb for that victory, he comes here with a 3lb penalty so looks very well handicapped. The very progressive Jimi Hendrix is another ahead of the handicapper after his victory at Newmarket while David O'Meara has five entries with Danny Tudhope choosing Blue For You, who is very closely matched with Eilean Dubh on their 1-2 at York.
