Verdict

Three-year-olds and older fillies have shared the honours in this Group 3 in recent years. Francois Rohault sent Amy Eria over the Channel to land the spoils last year at 33/1 and relies on Growing Glory this time, though she appears to have plenty to find. Mise En Rose returned to winning ways in a handicap at Newmarket last time but ALWAYS SMILE looks Godolphin's best hope. Her third in the Falmouth Stakes, where she reversed earlier Royal Ascot form with Usherette, is easily the best form on offer and she should take all the beating if in the same mood. Besharah could be the danger reverting to a mile but she has been a bit disappointing this year and was beaten by Marenko on Polytrack on her reappearance in the spring, though is 3lb better off. Quicker going will be no problem for Queen Catrine but she did pick up a penalty for winning over 7f at Fairyhouse.
