A wide-open race in which the vote goes to Planet ahead of Mahmjra, Royal Wedding, Oakley Absolute, Sir Monty and Krasivi's Bay. Check the betting for this race as, with it being a race for three-year-olds, there should be a number of improvers in the line-up. The selection has at least got recent form to offer, including a fair fourth to Hiddensee at Doncaster last time. Basically, that type of form sets the benchmark for analytical purposes. The tough Mahmjra also has runs on the board, so to speak, and given his toughness, should run a fair race. Oakley Absolute, who won last time, and Royal Wedding, who shaped pretty well last time, will not lack for fitness, and the Amanda Perrett-trained Sir Monty, possibly the stronger of her two runners, and the locally-trained Krasivi's Boy, plus Benedict Bay, who showed some improvement last time, and Cape Enterprise have scope for improvement. Overall, though, we will stick with established form and side with Planet.
