Spark Plug just heads the ratings after his superb form last summer which culminated in a victory in the Cambridgeshire. He reappeared with a fair run in the Group 3 Earl Of Sefton on the same track so gets the nod. Abdon finished just behind in that latter event and there doesn't appear any reason for a form reversal while the prolific Mount Logan reappeared with a victory on this card a year ago though that was over 1m4f and he may just get tapped for toe here. The veteran Tullius won a Group 3 at the Derby meeting last summer and with his yard in top form can't be ruled out but Berkshire finished last in this a year ago.
