Verdict

Jeremy Noseda won this last year and Attenborough can surely do better than he did at Doncaster where he started a short-priced favourite. Roger Charlton won this in 2010 and SILVER LIME is taken to repeat the process. He caught the eye on his debut at Sandown before landing a maiden at Ffos Las and starts off in handicaps on a reasonable mark. Eurystheus improved with each run last term ending with a maiden success at Windsor and he should do better this season as should Goodwood Atlantis, who stayed on strongly over 7f at Salisbury and will be much better suited by this trip. Paloma's Prince has only been raised 3lb for scoring at Windsor but a bigger threat may emerge in the shape of Mr Churchill, who ran very well on his final juvenile start over this C&D and could be a blot on the handicap.
