The unexposed Cosmopolitan can land course win number two here on only her second racecourse outing. It is hard to get a handle on whether a mark of 80 is lenient but considerable improvement can be expected from her racecourse debut where she was very green in the closing but disposed of some potentially smart sorts in La Sarrazine and Victoria Reel, the front three drawing clear. Dropping back to seven furlongs is likely to suit Cosmopolitan as she travelled very well up to that distance in her maiden before a combination of inexperience and lack of stamina enabled the above mentioned two to close as the line approached. Medicea Sidera was just out-paced by a rival who had a better turn of foot in the closing stages over the sharp seven furlongs at Kempton last time. Naughty Frida caused quite a shock when landing an all-weather handicap last time. She appeared to relish every inch of the mile and the drop back to seven is not as likely to suit. If the market speaks in Nice To Know's favour it should be noted but Cosmopolitan is the selection.
