RAMONA CHASE looked somewhere near his best on his latest outing and is taken to get back to winning ways at the expense of Royal Amnesty and Humble Opinion. The selection caught the eye after finishing a decent third to Cill Rialaig at Epsom last time out. He has been winless for over two years now but he has dropped to what looks like a potentially lenient mark. If he can reproduce his recent form he has to be short listed to go close. Royal Amnesty won on the all weather at Lingfield back in March and although winless since he has been running well in defeat. He was not beaten far at Chester when third last time out and can once again enter the frame. Humble Opinion sports a set of blinkers for the first time to enhance his chances. Alan King has been very persistent with this horse and he has dropped to what looks like a winnable mark so any market moves should be noted. Ramona Chase showed enough on his latest start to suggest a victory is not far away so gets the vote.
