Andean has done little wrong in just two starts this term and has to be respected but has a bit to find on official BHB ratings and preference is for Stream Of Gold, who is taken to reverse Diomed running with Hazyview. The last mentioned was able to dominate from the front that day under a fine ride from Darryll Holland but may find similar tactics more difficult today and has the burden of a 3lb penalty for his Epsom success. Brian Meehan's David Junior has solid claims on the pick of his form, including over this trip, but was disappointing at Haydock last month. David Elsworth's Tucker is stepping up in trip but is far from certain to appreciate today's longer trip and of ore interest may be Kings Quay, who is closely matched with Andean on Newmarket running last month. The vote though goes to Stream Of Gold, who looked potentially group class when landing the Lincoln on his reappearance. Although mainly disappointing since then Sir Michael Stoute's colt has been freshened up by a break since his most recent start and may be worth another chance in this company.
