Plenty in with a chance here and they include Decent Fella, who wasn't beaten far over C&D last time, and Truism, who scored over track and trip in June and has run well over longer trips here in a couple of starts since. Wake Up Call is usually held up so a wide draw may not be too much of a hindrance to her, but The Confessor makes more appeal after going very close at Ascot in July. However, AXIOM has won twice over C&D and found only one too good at Newmarket on his penultimate start. Ed Walker's topweight gets the help of a 7lb claimer here and that may be enough to see him back in the winner's enclosure.
