Mick Channon has his horses in good form so The Sixties can go well as he looks well treated following his maiden success at Newcastle. He lacks the scope of some of these however and Normal Equilibrium ran well enough in a competitive nursery at York to suggest he'll be in the firing-line. Sejalaat has been looking a bit one paced and this may not be the right track for him but Tobacco Road came good on Turf at Lingfield and the drop back in trip should be in his favour as he showed very good pace that day. CARDMASTER has a little to find on the balance of his form but there was plenty to like about his victory on fast ground at Lingfield and can make enough progress to land this tight looking nursery. New Pearl went up 3lb for being beaten over the C&D a month ago and was a long way behind in a lucrative Sales event at York later.
