Primrose Lane, Pine Cone and Arabian Spell look the three to concentrate on in this contest with the confident vote going to Primrose Lady. The selection was a fair second behind Karliyna last time out. That form has since been franked and off the same mark here he will be hard to beat. Pine Cone rates the main danger on her latest second behind Caragh Mia but she gave the impression she would be suited by a shorter trip on that occasion and for that reason she is overlooked. Arabian Spell is another worthy of respect on her best form but she was very disappointing last time out. However a return to this faster surface should suit and she should be noted in the market. Arous is from a shrewd yard and has shown a modicum of ability over shorter. However she may do better in handicaps in time and is best watched here. This is a trappy affair but something has to lead them home, and for the winner we return to Primrose Lane.
