    Verdict

AMLETO hasn’t raced since landing a maiden at Chester in May. But the brother to an Oaks winner will appreciate this longer trip now handicapping and won’t mind any further rain. French Invasion is another making his handicap debut and returning from an absence with Frankie’s presence suggesting he’s preferred to Struth of his yard’s four runners while Tagabawa represents last year’s winning trainer having finished in front of Inquiring Minds before beaten at Newmarket behind third-placed Westerton. Fox Journey won on faster going at Newbury recently while Tony Montana and The Goat are others handicapping for the first time.
