Kashoof edges the vote of confidence over Fashion Rocks and Crystany in a really tough maiden where the betting market will be a big help in assessing the confidence behind any of the newcomers. Twiglet and Fifty being two that make appeal on paper as worth bearing in mind if supported. Crystany has some fancy entries and she can be expected to be a lot sharper than on her debut. She has a rounded action and will not be inconvenienced by any give underfoot. The form of her debut has also worked out well, so she has to merit serious consideration. Fashion Rocks is bred for toughness and she can also be expected to be a lot more like the finished article now she knows what is required from her. However, she does need to step up on her introduction today and only a much improved effort will be good enough. Therefore, it can be worth chancing Kashoof, who is on the right track and has, vitally, a little bit more experience. John Dunlop rarely leaves this meeting without at least one winner and, as his string are in such good heart, this Green Desert filly can get the ball rolling.
